Fantastic little spot. Amazing food, great staff, cash only.This place is how diners should be. The food , value and cost are all proportionate.

Had the caramel apple french toast. Very good. Got there at 9 on a Sunday and it was packed and hot. Nevertheless, still very good and inexpensive.

Best breakfast to be had in Salem, MA. Friendly staff which includes a female cook that is the most efficient person you could ever watch firsthand in a kitchen.I highly recommend this place. Especially for late night weekends.

Great cinnabon pancakes, banana chocolate chip pancakes, corned beef hash, blueberry muffins, home fries and wraps. Don't know about anything else though. Don't see why you couldn't expect similar high quality though

I love this old school style diner.

Deb's is a proper diner. Coffee in wide brim mugs, counter or booth seating, and breakfast all day. You can even get your bagel grilled rather than toasted.They have specials on the menu and the staples are good. Everything from simple pancakes to the specialty Benny's are great. Service is prompt even when busy and the staff is friendly.

This is the best place for local flare! Amazing homemade muffins that are fried in butter if you like no charge of course, and everything is cooked fast! Poached eggs, omelettes, huge pancakes, and great potatoes! Check them out and I might see you there!(After checking out the neighborhood, I'd still come her over all others, Dot and Ray's serves spoiled food, and food off the floor, and don't deny it, at least here you get quality food, quality service, and don't need a translator!)

Corned Beef Hash

My favorite breakfast spot in Salem, Not only is the food awesome; I always get the Texas Benny. (cornbread, hash, eggs and gravy) The staff are super friendly and are very fast, and they take the time to remember people and make sure everyone is happy. And the diner itself has a very nice and has a homey atmosphere.a

When my boyfriend and I moved to Salem, we told ourselves that we would go to this diner. We have only been there for breakfast, and every time it has been amazing! My boyfriend gets the corned beef hash with scrambled eggs and toast, and I normally have something different every time. They have so many breakfast options including a copious amount of different types of pancakes, which is my favorite. I’ve gotten the cookie dough pancake and it was literally heaven on a plate! The diner is small, but it packs a punch. Be patient with seating and service because the food is definitely worth it!

Really good diner with a great selection of food. Staff are friendly and nice. Fast service with a wide variety of options and add ons. Space is small so there may be a wait sometimes and there aren't alot of parking spaces at the back. Parking would be easier on the street.

Love Deb's, they have great tasting food. Classic diner atmosphere. I love all their eggs benedict options. The people that work there are all friendly and give great service!

Such a cute little spot. I got the spicy benny and WOW that sausage has so much flavor, the hollandaise is so creamy and delicious and the home fries 😍 best part is it's a 3 minute drive from work! I will be back for sure!

Best little train car in New England! Huge pancakes, strong coffee, and grilled muffins that will leave you full and happy. Always an excellent meal.

Great food and service

Our family loves this place!!!! They have such great food and the portions are amazing. Truly, a hometown feel. The staff here is fun and make the experience even better. The atmosphere is wonderful. During busy times it may be hard to get a seat, but that is understandable because this place is amazing. Definitely worth waiting in line for. Eating here was one of the highlights of our trip to the area.

This place is a must. The cook here is a machine thay doesnt fail. If your hungry this is where you go.

Excellent breakfast! Bacon is always super crispy. Generally offer omelette and pancake specials along with standard fare. It is tiny so you may need to wait but always moves fast. Bathroom is the downfall...outside in the back down steep stairs into kitchen storage area. Other than that, good food for an excellent price!

Best damn omelette I've ever had. Huge huge huge portions and great prices. Very small space and I never did see the restroom but we were in and out so fast it wasn't a big deal. Our server was very friendly and quick. No complaints except that I don't live closer to that lovely omelette maker!

The food was delicious. The eggs were cooked just as ordered and tasted clean and fresh. The toast was done just right. Even the sausage was perfect. I will be going back. We ordered the peanut butter and fluff french toast, the caramel apple french toast and eggs w/sausage.

The food is amazing with over the top friendly staff. Who are there for your good days and bad! Debs diner is well priced usually 30 bucks for 2 people its amazing food and you get alot for what you spend. The muffins look amazing my new breakfast place is amazing!

Absolutely outstanding coffee, menu, and service. Do not drive by you will miss the opportunity to have an outstanding breakfast. Friday and Saturday they are open all NIGHT!

Worth the wait ! the few seats and popularity of this little diner may lead to some waiting, but the menu is so worth it. classic diner digs with many omelettes, plate size pancakes and diverse french toast options including boston creme ! Coffee was good as well and that is a must.

My go to spot for great eggs benedict. Expect all your other favorite diner fair with lots of omelet options and creative twists. Pancakes are large plate size and home made muffins are fantastic. Coffee is good and the home fries are perfect. Bring your own real maple syrup as that is the only thing lacking at this Salem staple. Its also worth mentioning that Billy is the best diner cook I have ever seen and he is there most days. The rest of the staff ,including Deb, are super friendly and make everyone feel welcome.

Went to this place, because the on line it said it was 4.5 star. I do not know how the reviews of this place are so great, but they are old. The waitress was very friendly, but that is the only thing I can say good about Debs diner. Service was bad, food fair and the cook looked like he didn't want to be there . Grill not that clean and overall appearance of the diner was a dive. I hope anyone who goes there doesn't expect much.

The staff is wonderful. The food is prepared by breakfast ninjas and tastes magical. Just make sure you love meat if you order the meat lovers omelette.

By far the best breakfast spot on our trip to MA. It's a straightforward, no frills, old school diner with big portions and fair prices. It's not a big spot, so don't expect a huge table. Their selection of french toasts were...amazing -- we had the fruity pebbles french toast!!! So so so good -- better than any other spot we saw in Salem. Go here today! :)

If you want to get the best food your taste buds have ever encountered then come to Deb's! This place is awesome. Really down to earth people. Lets put it this way it's called Deb's diner for a reason. She is there almost everyday and makes sure her customers are well taken care of. Plus with Billy on the grill your food is gaurenteed to be the most flavorful meal you've ever had in your life!

I go here with my grandparents a lot. French toast stacks are no joke! They are HUGE and so many different toppings! They also offer to customize since I'm so indecisive (ugh haha), and have made me a banana split waffle with not even so much as a question. Super nice staff, my grandparents are regulars and they treat them so well! Thank you Deb's Diner!
